GREE, a global leader in free-to-play mobile games, faced the challenge of relaunching DragonSoul in a saturated market while efficiently acquiring new users and improving in‑app monetization. To scale the relaunch and reduce acquisition overhead, GREE worked with Skai using its gaming ad platform and creative-builder tools, together with Facebook’s worldwide targeting capability, to rapid‑fire campaigns and expand reach.
Skai helped GREE launch over 600 ads across 86 campaigns in a single day, automate lookalike audience creation across ~250 countries, and split budget between install- and in‑app-event optimization with aggressive bidding. The Skai-enabled strategy delivered measurable gains: 24% lower cost-per-install, 41% lower click-to-install, 64% lower cost-per-purchase and a 105% increase in install-to-purchase ratio.
