Epitaph Group, a media planning and buying agency, worked with Skai to help a direct-to-consumer premium luggage and travel accessories brand improve its always-on paid social performance. After about three months, the campaign saw declining purchases, and the team wanted to drive more website conversions at a lower CPA using Skai’s paid social capabilities.

Skai implemented Conversion Lookalike Audiences and Bid Multipliers to improve targeting and optimize bids across high-performing segments. The Conversion Lookalike Audience delivered a 35% lower CPA than other prospecting/lookalike tactics over four months, while Instagram bid multipliers cut CPA by 39% in two weeks; additional female-segment bid multipliers reduced CPA by 26% for luxury interests, 14% for travel interests, and 29% for dynamic retargeting.
