DAC Group, the digital performance marketing agency working on behalf of Bridgestone Retail Operations, faced the challenge of driving hyper-local, mobile-first search traffic and leads across 2,200 stores amid rising costs and fragmented campaign structures. To tackle this, DAC Group partnered with Skai and leveraged Skai Dimension (labeling), Campaign Mirroring, and Skai’s Portfolio Optimizer (KPO) to enable scalable, automated optimization.
Skai helped by restructuring campaigns, reorganizing keywords by product and region, applying Dimension for efficient reporting and bid management, using Campaign Mirroring for rapid store rollouts, and deploying KPO to optimize bids and conversions. The program delivered measurable gains: a 14% reduction in spend, 38% more tire quotes, 88% more coupon prints, 6% more appointments and 72% more calls; YoY CPCs fell 63% (oil change), 38% (tires) and 31% (brand). With Skai’s KPO on Firestone Tire keywords they increased spend 20%, tire quotes +33%, cost-per-lead -10% and tire-quote conversions +4%.
