Bridgestone Retail Operations (Bridgestone) faced the challenge of driving hyper‑local, mobile-first traffic and leads across 2,200 retail locations amid rising search costs and intense competition. To scale local SEM without overwhelming manual effort, Bridgestone and agency partner DAC Group turned to Skai, leveraging Skai Dimension for labeling and segmentation and other Skai capabilities to support a more efficient, mobile‑focused search strategy.
