Samsung reaches tech enthusiasts using Sizmek Mobile

Samsung wanted to build awareness for its new web-connected Smart TV ahead of the 2011 holiday season, reaching young tech enthusiasts in the UK through mobile. To do this, Samsung worked with Sizmek Mobile, along with Starcom MediaVest Group and Cheil Europe, to run a mobile banner campaign across premium UK mobile publishers.

Sizmek implemented a mobile ad serving and analytics solution that supported multiple devices and environments, giving the media team a streamlined workflow and detailed performance tracking. The campaign delivered 1 million impressions and a 0.34% CTR, outperforming the 0.19% average vertical CTR; Sizmek also reported Samsung devices generated the highest CTR at 0.42%.
