Grantham Arms, a four-star inn in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire, wanted to grow its business by improving online presence, expanding distribution channels, and optimizing revenue after new operators took over and enlarged the property. This reduced manual work, helped avoid double bookings, improved occupancy, and supported stronger revenue performance, with the property continuing to go from strength to strength over the following three years.
