PPHE Hotel Group, which operates the Park Plaza and art’otel brands across Europe, needed a faster, more flexible way to manage distribution across multiple properties and changing markets. The hospitality group turned to SiteMinder Multi-Property to help its team centrally load and manage rates and respond more quickly to new channel and rate-plan opportunities.

SiteMinder implemented its Multi-Property platform, along with support for the Opera Xchange Interface, helping PPHE Hotel Group streamline operations and improve reliability. The results were significant: launching Trip.com across 11 hotels in three regions dropped from four to five days with two people to just two days with one person, giving the team faster time to market and reducing the effort needed to roll out new channels.
