Václav Havel Airport Prague - Customer Case Study

Václav Havel Airport Prague needed to modernize passenger processing with self‑service hardware that could adapt to rapidly changing operational and safety requirements (accelerated by COVID‑19), improve accessibility, and deliver long‑term value. SITA was engaged to address this challenge with its new TS6 self‑service kiosk range, built around a user‑centred, modular design approach.

SITA implemented the TS6 through iterative prototyping and end‑user testing, delivering modular kiosks with multiple form factors for inclusivity and easier upgrades. The TS6 was rolled out at Václav Havel Airport Prague, offers a projected 15‑year service life through modular updates, and has earned industry recognition (iF DESIGN AWARD) — improving passenger experience, operational flexibility, and the airport’s ability to respond to future requirements.
