Diphetogo Consulting is a South African ICT recruitment agency founded in 2018 that helps place executive and technical talent and provide career coaching and retention support. SITA financed a tailored business-development package that connected Diphetogo Consulting with specialists in taxation, HR and legal advice, helped build a long-term business plan, funded new IT equipment and strengthened candidate services (career coaching, CVs, interview prep). The SITA-backed support improved productivity and placement turnaround, enabled faster expansion and resulted in Diphetogo placing 80% of its candidates into employment, boosting efficiency and resilience during the pandemic.
