Compuclinic Solutions is a South African IT company that delivers hardware, software, cloud, network and managed services to healthcare, air transport, education and non-profit organisations. Facing COVID‑19 disruptions and the persistent challenges of budget constraints, limited internet access and legacy systems in schools and charities, Compuclinic partnered with SITA through its supplier development/business development programme and SITA’s CSR computer‑lab initiatives to scale its services and social impact.

With funding, training and contracts from SITA (the business development programme managed by Raizcorp on SITA’s behalf), Compuclinic supplied, deployed and tested interactive computer labs, delivered data‑centre and network infrastructure, and ran workstation rollouts and refresh programmes. As a result of SITA’s support, Compuclinic grew revenue, hired a core operations team, opened a practical training and hardware refurbishment centre, launched an IT internship programme, donated refurbished computers to schools, and relaunched CShop.co.za and compuclinic.co.za—completing multiple projects for SITA and its customers between 2018–2021 and sustaining operations through the pandemic.
