The airline needed a more reliable, cost‑effective way to share availability and operational/commercial data with online travel agents and new partners—direct links from its host provider proved unreliable. China Eastern selected SITA’s Community Messaging solution, specifically the Availability Status (AVS) distribution package, to meet these needs.
