Leading Air Transport Company faced limited access to day‑of‑operations and historical passenger movement data, making it difficult to monitor key touchpoints (check‑in, security, boarding), distribute performance information to stakeholders, and manage KPIs and SLAs. To address these challenges they worked with SITA, deploying CommonUseAnalyzer (a component of the AirportPulse portal that leverages AirportConnect data and SAP BusinessObjects) to deliver a single, customizable view of operational performance.
SITA’s CommonUseAnalyzer consolidated BCBP, kiosk/workstation events and RTS data into dashboards, automated SLA/KPI reporting, and provided drill‑down analysis and benchmarking. The solution improved check‑in desk utilization and throughput—increasing overall check‑in capacity—while enabling proactive operational planning and real‑time passenger facilitation tracking; SITA has already deployed the product at multiple European airports.
