Pharm24.gr is one of Greece’s top five online pharmacies, founded in 2012 with tens of thousands of customers and a catalog of 200+ health and beauty brands. Facing a highly saturated e-commerce market, the company needed to identify growth opportunities, outmaneuver competitors and build a more loyal customer base.
Using SimilarWeb to track the top 100 pharmacy sites and analyze competitors’ traffic sources, paid-search terms, referral partners and ad creatives, Pharm24 optimized its acquisition and product strategies. The campaign drove a 22% increase in referral traffic, more than doubled paid search traffic and cut display CPC by 16%, while revealing in-demand products to refine its offering.
