Biocodex, the maker of Florastor probiotics, saw growing U.S. revenue from eCommerce—mostly on Amazon—but lacked visibility into its Amazon market share and competitor performance. As a result, increased investment drove a 38% rise in Florastor’s U.S. Amazon market share in seven months (to over 4% of the probiotics category) and gave ongoing visibility into the impact of their spend.
