SalesLoft, the Atlanta-based sales engagement platform, faced a challenge getting employees to consistently update email signatures to promote events, webinars, and content—and they had no reliable way to enforce or track those promotions. To solve this, SalesLoft implemented Sigstr’s email signature marketing solution, which promised easy Gmail integration and centralized control of signature campaigns.

With Sigstr, SalesLoft automatically injected “Sigstr Campaigns” into every employee email and could switch or target campaigns by team in real time. A single five-week Rainmaker campaign generated over 271,000 impressions and 279 clicks; across three Rainmaker campaigns SalesLoft saw more than 700 clicks and roughly 550,000 total impressions, with Sigstr driving measurable registrations (about 1 in 8 clicks became a registrant) and allowing marketing to promote initiatives without relying on manual employee updates.
