Greene King, a historic British pub chain with over 950 locations, faced the challenge of strategically repositioning its brand for the modern landscape following its acquisition by CK Holdings. The vendor, Siegel+Gale, was tasked with evolving the cherished brand to flex across its diverse portfolio and reach its full potential.

Siegel+Gale used its proprietary EyeOpener™ tool and consumer research to develop a new brand platform and the positioning statement "Moments Made Greater." They created a hand-rendered logo inspired by a historic crown, a bespoke typeface, and a more premium color palette. This new identity made 57% of consumers more favorable towards visiting a Greene King pub. The work by Siegel+Gale also won awards including Best Visual Identity from the Hospitality Sector at the Transform Awards Europe.
