Janssen’s Market, a full-service gourmet supermarket in Greenville, Delaware, needed to streamline ordering in J’s Café. The café’s split food-prep areas created two separate lines for guests, while handwritten tickets and a complex, frequently changing menu led to delays, errors, and limited visibility into orders and inventory.

SICOM Systems implemented 2 SICOM Encounter™ Kiosks, 3 SICOM Encounter™ Points of Sale, and 1 SICOM Expeditor™ screen to automate ordering and standardize operations.
