NuSkin Promotes Healthier Dining with SICOM Encounter Kiosks

Nu Skin, the direct-selling health and beauty company, wanted a more modern employee dining experience at its Provo headquarters while also supporting its new TR90 healthy eating program. With more than 850 employees on the main campus, 650 more nearby, and occasional surges of up to 2,000 visiting distributors, the existing cafeteria setup was too slow and created long lines.

Nu Skin implemented SICOM Systems’ self-order kiosks along with point of sale, order management, and expeditor systems for its restaurant, The Spoon. The new setup helped boost kiosk adoption to 85%–90% of guests, reduce ticket times to five to seven minutes, and increase volume from 100–150 covers a day to 300–350, generating about $2,500 in daily sales.
