SICOM Systems implemented Digital Menu Boards across nine locations, with more planned as remodels continue. The solution enabled centralized, real-time content updates for pricing, promotions, calorie counts, and day-part changes, reducing staff burden and eliminating changeover issues. According to Phase Three Star, the boards improved the restaurant ambiance, supported suggestive selling with vivid graphics and motion, and have been highly reliable with minimal support needs.
