Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) Professional, a global maker of coffee, tea and coffee machines, needed to deliver tailored, market-specific buying experiences that proved a “perfect fit” for each customer. JDE partnered with Showpad to centralize digital content, build interactive template-based Experiences (including AR), and add analytics and easy-to-use mobile tools. The platform drove fast adoption—80% of the salesforce were daily users in year one—cut print costs 71% in the first year and a further 54% in the second, and gave salespeople the ability to send targeted content and track buyer engagement.
