Vacature is a leading Belgian careers website (over 1 million monthly visitors) and weekly magazine publisher based in Lokeren. During its 2013 shift from print to digital, the company struggled with paper-heavy sales processes, no centralized content system, limited ability for reps to share digital presentations or access materials outside the office, and inefficient sales–marketing collaboration.

Vacature implemented Showpad to centralize content in a secure cloud repository and give reps tablet access (including offline use), simplifying presentations, version control and follow-up. Adoption reached 100%, the sales process became fully paperless, reps save about 1 hour/week and marketing saves about 3 hours/week, and teams now use real-time analytics and better alignment to deliver more consultative, customer-focused sales.
