AcuFocus, creator of the KAMRA™ corneal inlay and a leader in small-aperture optics, needed a modern way to get consistent, up-to-date sales, training and patient education materials into the hands of clinicians and field reps worldwide. Relying on email, USB drives and an FTP site left reps without current content, made it hard to supply clinics with multilingual patient materials and surgical videos, and didn’t reflect the company’s high‑tech brand.

AcuFocus implemented Showpad on iPads with a quick orientation, giving teams a centralized, cloud-based content hub with syncing, notifications, user profiles, kiosk mode for waiting-room education and analytics for content performance. The result: faster distribution of materials, more efficient marketing, sales and training operations, better-equipped clinics and reps, increased product awareness across partner clinics, and stronger engagement and ROI from their content.
