Optymyze is a Chester, PA–based cloud services provider (founded 2013, 600+ employees) that helps companies manage incentive compensation, quotas, territories and other sales operations. As the revenue organization grew to 100+ reps across sales, marketing, BD and CS—many working virtually—onboarding was informal and inconsistent (PowerPoint decks and self-study), which slowed ramp time in a complex, enterprise-selling environment.
Optymyze implemented Showpad Coach as its onboarding and enablement hub, using video libraries, Pitch IQ for recorded practice, and incentives to drive completion. The platform drove 100% onboarding completion, cut time-to-first-deal by 50%, and contributed to larger deal sizes, shortened sales cycles and measurable improvements in close rates and revenue growth.
