NetMotion Software, a Seattle-based provider of mobile performance management software, supports a global mobile salesforce and channel partners. The company relied on SharePoint to distribute marketing materials but lacked visibility into what reps used, couldn’t prevent outdated or off-message collateral from circulating, and was burdened by frequent sales requests for updated assets — leading reps to pull incomplete materials from the public website.

NetMotion piloted and deployed Showpad in two weeks, using the rebrand to audit and centralize approved content, build role- and vertical-specific paths, and create a training channel for reps. Showpad gives reps online/offline access, tracks content usage, hosts secure internal materials, supports multi‑lingual and event workflows, and enables media-rich presentations.
