A Showpad Case Study
Krueger International (KI), a Wisconsin-based contract furniture manufacturer founded in 1941 with a large sales force across North America, Mexico and Europe, needed to deliver highly personalized, on-brand presentations but was hampered by disorganized content sources and time-consuming, ad-hoc PowerPoint creation. Reps often worked late to assemble materials, which led to inconsistent client experiences and inefficiency.
KI implemented Showpad to centralize marketing-approved assets, enable on-the-fly Collections and visually engaging Advanced Experiences (like Mapper), and integrate directly with Salesforce while receiving strong customer-success support for adoption. The platform streamlined content creation, improved brand consistency and buyer engagement, and helped shorten sales cycles — prompting expansion into Shared Spaces for multi-stakeholder deals.
