Sitecore, a technology company that provides web content management and multichannel marketing automation software, was struggling with inconsistent messaging and sales assets scattered across multiple systems. The lack of visibility into content usage made it hard to measure impact and align sales, marketing, and sales enablement, so Sitecore adopted Showpad as a single source of truth for sales collateral.
With Showpad, Sitecore organized content into a clear channel structure, replaced the need for sellers to search across multiple SharePoint sites, and used the platform to power sales kickoff, onboarding, and ongoing reinforcement programs. Sitecore also launched Showpad Coach to support training, and internal feedback was strongly positive: sellers said they had never accessed content so quickly or in such an organized way for a sales kickoff before.
