The program boosted account manager productivity by 25% (about five additional customer visits per week), delivered an NPV of EUR 4,000 per rep over three years, cut printing by roughly 2,300 sheets per rep annually, and helped 41% of account managers sell more products while improving contract negotiations and meeting success rates.
