Ceterix Orthopaedics, a Menlo Park medical device company founded in 2010, makes a minimally invasive device to repair meniscus tears. Because its products are technically complex and sold both directly and through distributors who spend much of their time in operating rooms, Ceterix needed sales collateral that was always current, easy to find, compliant with regulations, and available even when reps had no internet — something their Dropbox-based system failed to provide.
