Bossard, a Swiss-based global supplier of industrial fasteners with 2,500 employees and a product range of over 1,000,000 items, faced a challenge: decentralized Sales relied on an expensive, quickly outdated printed catalog and multiple local brochures, hindering on-the-spot follow-up and creating extra work and poor alignment between central Marketing and local Sales. Marketing needed a way to drive agility, measure impact, and break down silos to improve customer conversations.

Bossard implemented Showpad as a central sales enablement platform, equipped reps with iPads, appointed marketing–sales liaisons, and ran company-wide training to boost adoption. The platform consolidated and updated content (including video), enabled personalized sharing and analytics, and led to reduced printing costs, faster access to current materials, improved Marketing–Sales collaboration, higher sales productivity, and continuous content optimization based on usage data.
