Beaver-Visitec International (BVI) is a Waltham, Massachusetts–based developer and manufacturer of ophthalmic and specialty microsurgical products that sells more than 2,000 items worldwide. After rapid organic and acquisitive growth, Marketing needed better insight into which content actually helped sellers and customers while keeping adoption easy for reps—so any solution had to integrate with BVI’s Salesforce instance.

BVI implemented Showpad for its clean UI, Salesforce integration, multi-format sharing and analytics, enabling reps to send PDFs and videos from iPads, run kiosk demos at trade shows, and surface “super‑user” best practices. The platform delivered more consistent branding, faster onboarding and clear content performance data—sessions grew at a 12% CAGR, total sessions rose 57% from Q1 to Q5, and unique monthly sessions more than doubled.
