Sysmex Europe, the European arm of the global laboratory diagnostics company Sysmex, needed a scalable B2B eCommerce solution to sell complex instruments and consumables across 38 countries. The challenge included supporting 12 country-specific subshops, over 4,000 products, strict DocCheck professional validation, local taxation/freight rules and integration with the company ERP — requirements that led Sysmex to choose Shopware Enterprise as the platform.

Shopware, implemented with Shopware Solution Partner sitegeist, delivered a customised Shopware Enterprise environment with one central shop and 12 subshops, ERP integration, DocCheck validation, bespoke product filters and backend adjustments, plus Premium Plugins (Advanced Cart, Bonus System, Smart Search). The result was a successful international rollout handling 4,000+ products across 38 countries, faster time-to-market per shop (4–22 months depending on complexity), improved product findability and streamlined B2B workflows, with the most complex subshop investments reaching around €100,000 — a launch Sysmex described as rapid and effective thanks to Shopware.
