Stoll Espresso, a specialist retailer of filter‑holder espresso machines and grinders, faced an outdated Magento shop that was costly to maintain and hard to update. To better reflect its premium service and product presentation, improve SEO and reduce system complexity and costs, Stoll Espresso selected Shopware (Shopware 5.2, Professional Plus) as its new platform.

Implemented with Shopware partner soft.works, the migration moved 600 products from Magento, connected to ACTINDO ERP, adapted the standard responsive Shopware theme and used included Premium Plugins and improved product datasheets and in‑house SEO. The Shopware solution delivered clear results: sales up 37%, organic traffic +40%, direct traffic +25%, session length +7%, conversion rate +4% and a six‑month payback—while maintainability and updateability under Shopware greatly reduced ongoing effort.
