SPORTALM Kitzbühel, a long-established Austrian fashion retailer known for alpine-inspired “Tracht” and sportswear, needed to bring the character of its brick‑and‑mortar product presentation into a unified online experience. To relaunch their shop and support international sales across 22 countries and a network of 1,400 dealers, SPORTALM chose Shopware as their eCommerce solution (Shopware Enterprise Edition with Diamond Subscription).
Shopware, together with Shopware Enterprise Partner dasistweb, implemented a new online shop in a seven‑month rollout using Enterprise Search, ERP AS/400 and CleverReach integrations, subshop functionality, Shopping Worlds Storytelling and a sales price manager. The result is a clean, high‑performance cross‑device storefront with country‑specific shops (Austria, Germany, Netherlands), streamlined backend processes (automated product activation/deactivation and easier product data maintenance) and an expanded, scalable online sales channel that positions SPORTALM for further international growth.
