Skins is a Dutch high-end beauty retailer with 24 boutiques and an e-boutique, selling niche global brands such as Aesop, Laura Mercier, and DIPTYQUE. The company wanted to modernize its ecommerce platform, create a seamless omnichannel experience across online and offline touchpoints, and launch a loyalty program to strengthen engagement and repeat purchases. To do this, Skins chose Shopware 6 as the foundation for its new B2C store and customer loyalty initiative.

Shopware implemented a headless Shopware 6 setup with integrations including TritonX CRM, Paazl delivery options, and specialized hosting, while partner Strix supported the build and launch. The result was the Skins Inclusive loyalty program, which gained more than 60,000 members in 12 months and drove a 20-fold increase in product reviews. Shopware also helped Skins reduce content-management complexity and improve performance, enabling the team to manage content more efficiently and deliver a more personalized shopping experience.
