Case Study: Seidensticker achieves a modern, engaging e-commerce relaunch with Shopware

A Shopware Case Study

Preview of the Seidensticker Case Study

Seidensticker - Customer Case Study

Seidensticker, the nearly 100-year-old German fashion house behind brands like Jacques Britt, needed to accelerate its digital transformation and relaunch its online shops to deliver an emotional, store-like shopping experience and boost online sales. To achieve this, Seidensticker selected Shopware 5 (Enterprise) as the platform to provide responsive design, large-scale visuals and multishop capability for running Seidensticker and Jacques Britt as separate storefronts.

Using Shopware’s built-in features—Shopping Worlds, marketing tools, responsive templates, wish list, advanced product recommendations, store locator and the Enterprise multishop license—implementation partner Valtech delivered a magazine-style, design-forward shop in an eight-month relaunch with minimal custom development. The Shopware-based solution improved navigation and user engagement, mirrors the in-store brand experience, and positions Seidensticker to strengthen omnichannel distribution and continue growing online sales.
