PMG, one of the largest bicycle manufacturers in the Benelux and the force behind brands like Popal and supersuper, needed a better way to support its 1,500+ dealers across Europe. Using Shopware 6, PMG set out to replace manual, fragmented processes with a modern B2B portal that could provide dealers with faster access to product, order, and service information.

Shopware implemented a B2B portal integrated with PMG’s ERP, PIM, and Zendesk systems, enabling real-time inventory and delivery data, dealer-specific pricing, order history, and ticket/chat support directly in the portal. The result was a more efficient dealer experience and stronger customer loyalty, with measurable gains of +53% more orders, +27% conversions, +22% turnover, and a 30% increase in sessions per user.
