PhiAcademy migrates from Magento to Shopware Enterprise Cloud

PhiAcademy, an Austria-based international market leader in online B2B beauty sales, faced challenges with its inflexible Magento 2 platform. The system could not efficiently handle their complex business rules, such as customer-specific product access and international requirements for multiple languages and currencies, which slowed development and hindered growth. This prompted their search for a new ecommerce solution, leading them to partner with vendor Shopware and adopt their Shopware PaaS and Shopware 6 platform.

Shopware implemented a modern, API-centered solution that centralized management and automated processes. The result was a successful migration completed in just four months, providing PhiAcademy with greater flexibility, easier content integration, and streamlined operations. This allowed them to better serve their global customer base across 160 countries with five languages and six currencies, supporting their rapid international expansion.
