Oberalp Group, the Bolzano-based family business behind SALEWA and DYNAFIT, needed a modern, cost-effective ecommerce platform to replace Magento and support international B2C sales, brand storytelling and more efficient internal processes. After evaluating options, Oberalp Group selected Shopware’s Enterprise Platform (with migration support from Shopware partner von Affenfels) to deliver a state-of-the-art framework, improved service and better price-performance.

Shopware implemented a multi-client setup with two independent shops and eleven subshops each, Central Client Management, Enterprise Search, Shopping Worlds storytelling and the Premium Plugin Advanced Promotion Suite, plus integrations to ERP, SSO and CRM — all delivered in a five-month relaunch. The result: about 100% increase in turnover and a 100% increase in conversion, significantly faster time-to-market, leaner product and marketing workflows and ongoing support via Shopware’s Diamond Subscription.
