Novissa, a Swiss family-owned distributor of premium household appliances, wanted to move beyond its long-standing B2B roots and relaunch its Shopware 6 online store for stronger B2C growth. Although the shop was already built on Shopware 6, it still felt more like a digital showcase than a fully optimized ecommerce channel, and Novissa needed a technically solid foundation ready for fast-moving marketing initiatives ahead of Black Friday 2023.
Working with Shopware, Brandpulse, and webwirkung, Novissa improved sales channel management with Shopware Feeds and set up advanced tracking and reporting through native Google Analytics 4 integration and a Google Looker Studio connector. The relaunch delivered strong results: the visibility index tripled from 0.29 to 0.94, traffic doubled, average order value rose from CHF 253 to CHF 355, conversion increased from 1.1% to 1.5%, and revenue grew by 25% in the go-live quarter.
