Norah, the Dutch fashion retailer with more than 90 stores across the Netherlands and several in Belgium, wanted to modernize its ecommerce experience as its previous platform no longer met current technology and design expectations. To support its omnichannel business, Norah turned to Shopware 6, working with implementation partner XSARUS to create a more inspiring and user-friendly online store.

Shopware delivered a seamless, feature-rich ecommerce platform that blended online and offline shopping, supported a flexible CMS, and enabled custom functionality such as a stock indicator on product detail pages. The launch went smoothly after agile development and soft-launch testing, and Norah reported one of its quietest customer service periods at go-live; more than 40% of customers now shop both online and offline, showing the strength of the unified experience Shopware helped create.
