Monar is a multi-brand fashion retailer from Antwerp selling high-fashion and streetwear both in-store and online. After an unreliable marketplace and hitting the limits of Lightspeed, Monar needed a scalable platform that offered full control, multiple storefront support, and built‑in marketing tools—so they chose Shopware (Shopware 6 Professional Edition with Silver Subscription) as the foundation for their new webshop.

Using Shopware 6, implemented by Polaris Digital Commerce, Monar launched a state‑of‑the‑art webshop in under eight weeks (design, development and integrations cost approx. EUR 50,000). The Shopware solution supports 1,500 products, multiple subshops and key integrations (analytics, shipping, stock, marketing and hosting) and delivered measurable results: return rates fell to under 2% and average cart value rose by EUR 130, while positioning Monar for further digital growth and additional storefront rollouts.
