KJUS, the premium skiwear and lifestyle brand founded by Lasse Kjus and Didi Serena, needed a more scalable, market-ready eCommerce platform after their existing shop no longer met growing international and operational requirements. To support multi-country storefronts, country-specific content and currencies, and tighter ERP/order management integration, KJUS replatformed to Shopware (Shopware Enterprise Edition with Diamond Subscription).

Shopware, implemented with Shopware partner 7thSENSE, delivered geo‑IP routing to 20 subshops (each with two country shops), integrations with Netsuite and Dataforce PALOS, Avalara tax for the US, and features like Fit Analytics, Smart Search and the Advanced Promotion Suite plus interactive Shopping Worlds. The six‑month rollout enabled faster market expansion and country-specific communication, simplified content and order handling, produced a significant year‑over‑year sales increase and lowered return rates through improved size guidance.
