Keimling Naturkost, Europe’s leading supplier of raw and vegan food, needed a future‑proof commerce platform to replace Magento 1 and better convey its lifestyle‑focused brand across the DACH region. The company chose Shopware and migrated fully to Shopware 6 (Enterprise Edition) to improve usability, legal/content positioning and the customer journey while continuing to sell exclusively via its own online shop and marketplaces.

Shopware, implemented by Shopware Enterprise partner Portaltech Reply GmbH, migrated all Magento data to Shopware 6 and used Experience Worlds plus integrations (Sendinblue, Microtech ERP-complete, Wagner IT) to create richer, longer browsing sessions. The relaunch delivered measurable results: conversion rate up 40%, sales up 25%, bounce rate down from 62% to 38%, a more balanced gender mix (male users up to 42%) and longer site visits — all achieved within a seven‑month implementation.
