Humanoid is a Dutch fashion company selling in 25 countries and about 400 boutiques, with a flagship store in Arnhem and a complex online setup (22 subshops across B2B and B2C). Their legacy site made even small changes require IT support, so Humanoid chose Shopware—deploying Shopware Enterprise with Diamond Subscription and features like Shopping Worlds and the B2B Suite—to improve usability, storytelling, multilingual support and frontend flexibility.

Shopware, implemented with partner Sition in a six‑month relaunch, delivered a Shop the Look integration with Cloud4Fashion PIM, Enterprise Search, numerous plugins and a responsive, multi‑shop setup that simplified product and order management. Since the relaunch Humanoid saw measurable gains: conversion rose 1.8% in 2018 and another 1.9% the following year, users increased 21%, organic reach grew 5.9%, and average cart value climbed from €250 to €280—demonstrating Shopware’s impact on usability, branding and sales.
