Herzog Loibner, a boutique jewellery store founded in Vaduz in 2013, needed to bring its bespoke, high‑end in‑store experience online by letting customers fully configure custom pieces while preserving luxury presentation and fast performance. Working with Shopware (Professional Edition with Silver Subscription), the challenge was to create a user‑friendly, flexible configurator that could visualise countless variants without burdening the shop database.

Shopware, together with Technology Partner XIONI, implemented an X‑CONFIG CIM‑based product configurator with live preview images, smart category listings, dynamic product texts/images and cloud‑based configuration delivery to keep the shop fast and SEO‑friendly. The relaunch (implemented in six months) delivered measurable results: 157% more page views and recognition including the German Brand Award 2019 and Annual Multimedia Award 2019, while enabling live price/variant management and a seamless luxury shopping experience.
