Gusti Leder, a leather goods retailer founded in 2009, needed to modernize its international B2C e‑commerce presence, reduce costly agency dependence, improve mobile responsiveness and speed up the rollout of multiple country shops. After evaluating options, Gusti Leder migrated from Magento to Shopware (Shopware Enterprise), using a main shop plus nine subshops and the Premium Plugin "Custom Products" to support personalization and localization needs.

Using Shopware, Gusti Leder completed an in‑house relaunch in just two months for ten country shops, importing products via Shopware’s Import/Export module and API and installing the Custom Products plugin for personalization. The move delivered measurable results: higher overall conversion (notably in France and Switzerland), a significant increase in mobile conversion, faster time‑to‑market, reduced agency and customization costs (avoiding prior high personalization expenses), and more agile, independent shop development—with direct support from the Shopware team when issues arose.
