elobau GmbH & Co. KG, a manufacturer of industrial and vehicle construction products, faced high internal costs and outdated processes for handling small orders from its mid-sized business customers. To reduce this workload and adopt modern technology, they chose to build a new digital sales channel, elostore, using the Shopware 6 platform and its B2B Suite.
Shopware provided an API-first, scalable solution that simplified the entire order process. The implementation, supported by partner basecom, resulted in lower operational costs, dramatically improved order processing speed, and a reduction in product returns. The project, with a volume of 285,000€, successfully launched elostore, which now features 1,590 products and is prepared for future international expansion.
