Dr. Hauschka, the natural cosmetics and medicinal-products brand of WALA Heilmittel GmbH, needed to relaunch and internationalize its e‑commerce presence so it could support multiple languages, subshops and ERP integration while remaining extensible via plugins. To meet those requirements the company selected Shopware (Shopware Enterprise with Diamond Subscription) as its new shop platform and engaged Shopware partner von Affenfels for implementation.

Shopware was deployed together with Pickware ERP, Shopping Worlds and a range of plugins to simplify booking workflows, link rich content and manage multi‑country storefronts; von Affenfels delivered the rollout in about eight months. The Shopware solution drove a 100% sales increase in the German/Austrian launch, an average basket value of €60, very low returns (0.2%), streamlined processes and stronger in‑house digital capabilities — demonstrating clear, measurable impact from Shopware.
