desiary.de, a Cologne‑based retailer of curated, mostly handmade home accessories and design gifts (about 1,500 items across 100 categories) serving B2C and B2B customers since 2009, needed a more agile, user‑friendly e‑commerce platform with easier content management to future‑proof its business. To meet these goals they chose Shopware, implementing Shopware 6 Professional Edition to replace their previous Oxid platform.

Shopware, with implementation support from partner Proxation, migrated desiary.de in just 12 weeks and enabled Shopware 6 Shopping Experiences to present products magazine‑style, plus features like colour search, gift finder and Social Shopping. The new Shopware setup centralizes sales channels (Google Shopping and Facebook), integrates with Profihost hosting, Mollie payments and Plentymarkets, and delivered a fast, manageable rollout (3 months), broader channel reach and improved product presentation ahead of peak seasons.
