73% lower cost per conversion: RENO’s Omnichannel Win

RENO, the footwear retailer and parent company Kienast Schuhhandels GmbH, needed to launch a high-performance ecommerce experience quickly while its 250+ stores were being rebranded in parallel. Working with Shopware, the team set out to create a flexible omnichannel platform that could support content, commerce, and customer engagement under tight time, budget, and risk constraints.

Shopware delivered a hybrid headless solution built on Shopware 6 with Next.js and Storyblok, integrated with Klaviyo and Uberall for performance marketing and store visibility. The new shop went live in just four months and generated more than €500,000 in conversion value, 6,000+ products sold, and 70,000 store visits in 12 months, while also reducing cost per conversion by 73% and cost per store visit by 91%.
